Exim Bank Recruitment 2023 offers attractive salary for Management Trainee posts. Selected candidates become Deputy Managers after one year of training. He receives a monthly stipend of Rs. Rs 55,000 during training. As Deputy Managers, their pay scale is (Rs. 36,000 – 1,490 – 46,430 – 1,740 – 49,910 – 1,990 – 63,840) based on the 11th Bilateral Agreement of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA).
